Shiraz 2008
In 2008 we harvested a record amount of grapes, from which Chris made the wine in new French oak. It is a lighter style Shiraz with full fruit flavours and a sweet earthy palate. It is already drinking well, and is a particularly good accompaniment to roast lamb and Italian food. It should cellar well.
