2010 Shiraz

James Halliday says that “Moody’s Shiraz has good cool grown characteristics, its fresh cherry fruit dusted with spice and pepper”.

 The 2010 exhibits these characteristics, with a trace of charred oak. It will cellar well. In the meantime it is a delicious accompaniment to roast beef and lamb pot-roasts.
