Fresh Fodder

 

 Fresh Fodder is based in Orange, with a factory on the Molong Road on the edge of Orange.

Max Schofield and his father Jim make a range of delicious dips and salads from fresh produce, which can be purchased at Totally Local, further down the Molong Road.

Dips:Taramasalata, Houmous, Tzatziki, Baba Ganouch, Beetroot and Horseradish, Blue Cheese and Pistachio, Moroccan Carrot and Spices and Olive Tapenade.

Salads: Pumpkin Feta and Pin Nut, Eggplant and semi-dried Tomato, Potato with Mustard Dressing, Kumara Cashew and Couscous, Penne pasta and Basil Pesto.
