Anna’s Cuisina

 

From their kitchens in Orange, at 207 McLachlan Street, Anna’s Cuisina produces a wide range of biscuits, cakes and pies. Anna’s specialities are fruit cakes (she has a huge Christmas Cake order book) and Mediterranean cuisine, in which she holds classes.

Moody’s Wines teams up with Anna, a business relationship of David (Moody’s) and Goliath (Anna’s), at wine and food markets in Food Week and Wine Week. Anna is also supplying some special pies and bread for Moody’s event in wine Week on 24/25 October.

Anna’s products can be purchased from the kitchens and from the outlets Totally Local and Manners and Borg in Orange. Her bread goes like hot cakes, if you will excuse the pun.
